Courageous Roots Development is a leadership consulting firm that partners with leaders who are ready to engage in the work of exploring their inner nature for the sake of becoming who they are meant to be and contributing what they are meant to do in this lifetime.

  • We believe that unlocking our collective potential starts with unlocking inner perspectives.

    We believe that all positive change in the world starts within ourselves, that we must loosen the grip our simplistic ego has on our identity and see, nurture and integrate the complexity of our true nature.

  • We believe that inner perspectives are inherently mysterious, but the process does not need to be mystifying.

    We start the inner perspectives exploration using territory maps that include Vertical Development, the Enneagram and Archetypes. We know the developmental territory and demystify it to make the path just a little easier.

  • We believe exploring perspectives with territory maps requires access to all our intelligence centers: the mind, heart, body and soul intuition.

    We support our clients to appreciate their intelligence centers, how to access them, how to understand them and how to apply them to gain insights into inner perspectives.

  • We believe the human drive to create is a power source to be channeled.

    We work with our clients to focus on what they want to create and why it matters. Inner perspectives work is the hero’s journey and therefore requires focus, purpose, courage and resilience. The desire to create must be stronger than the fear to protect what is known today.
